Library Resources
Library Learning Commons:
The ECSS Library Learning Commons is an innovative space found at the center of the school where students come to develop strong research skills that will help them with their current and future academic achievement. The Learning Commons fosters a sense of belonging while nurturing their ability to be life-long learners. Classroom teachers will visit the library for resource-based learning that is co-created and facilitated by both the classroom teacher and the teacher librarian. The space provides support for all stages of the research process, computer access and printing services. To further assist students at home, they have access to online resources 24/7. Last but not least, the LLC enhances the students' school experience by providing an inviting, safe and engaging physical space for quiet study, color therapy, board games, and for those that need it- it is a place to just be!
